The peristyles where the Lwa are served are always places of amazement & wonder, despite the earthquake. Vodou is such an active religion & the Haitians just seem to breath in & out with it, so easy for them. It was a joy to watch you dancing at La Sirenne’s periystyle with Houngan Danis at the cross-roads, the place where earth & spirit meet.There is so much to learn & the Manbo & Houngan (as a rule) share their knowledge with us, no hesitation, just friendship.
